Obesity is a major problem in U.S today especially among children. In last few years the obesity rate in USA among children has almost tripled where the obesity rates in adult has doubled. The lifestyle of people has changed drastically since 1980’s which affected the health of the people adversely. Overweight is a term which means excess bodyweight compared to a person’s height. The total body weight should come from muscle, bone, water and fat and “obesity” is “excessively high amount of body fat or adipose tissue in relation to lean body mass.”
